Context

The hard part of a Liferay portal like Oeiras isn't the homepage. It's keeping content-heavy pages editable by non-technical teams without the layout breaking.

What I did

Built frontend pages and reusable components for institutional portals, working with React and Liferay in CMS-driven environments with public pages, agendas and content-heavy interfaces.

Outcome

Oeiras 27 was Oeiras's bid to become a European Capital of Culture. The Portuguese title for 2027 went to Évora, so the campaign site (oeiras27.pt) is now offline — it lives on through the Web Archive snapshot linked below.
