The site you are reading: an idea I carried for two years, built piece by piece and treated as a product that is never finished.
Context
I spent about two years imagining what my personal site should be before building this version. Instead of treating it as a static portfolio, I keep evolving it as a living product with themes, tools, games and multilingual content.
What I did
Designed and built it end to end: design system, trilingual content, theme engine with named themes and saved presets, hand-drawn line portrait animation, browser games and local-first tools.
Technical work
Next.js App Router, static generation per locale, CSS-variable theming persisted to localStorage, self-hosted fonts, SVG stroke-draw animation and canvas/DOM game loops.
